This Hootchie Rig is equipped with a Jughead Shaker head, a hard plastic helmet with a flat bill for extreme and erratic movements. This rig can be used with or without a Flasher as it does not require towing assistance for action. Pre rigged with 2 x 4/0 Mustad Octopus Hooks and 6 feet of premium 40 lb. mono. The 4.5" hootchies feature high quality plastics that remain soft and flexible in order to provide a lifelike action when trolled at slow or fast speeds behind a dodger or flasher.
