What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

When Will My Account Be Charged?
Your account will be charged the day you subscribe. Your account will be charged on that day (or next business day) each quarter moving forward for the quarterly pay as you go subscription plan, or each 6 months for the semi-annual subscription or, annually for the annual subscription. All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of payment processing.
How Do I Change My Credit Card On File?
Click here and log in to your customer account, or create an account with the same email you used when ordering the box. Then select “Manage Subscription”, find the correct subscription, select “See more details” and navigate to the “Payment Details” section, then select “Update Payment” and update your card information, then save.
Can I Change My Billing Or Shipping Date?

What Happens If my Payment Fails?
If your payment fails during renewals, we’ll retry your payment method up to five times. If payment processes, your order will ship within 3-5 business days. If payment fails after the final retry, we will pause your subscription and contact you. If we do not hear back from you in a timely manner we will cancel your plan.
CANCEL, REFUND, AND RETURN POLICY
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time. If you intend on canceling before your next renewal, the cancellation must be requested at least 3 business days prior to the renewal date. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel.
There will be no refund on remaining shipments when canceling prepaid plans.
How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

I Forgot To Cancel My Subscription. Can I Return The Box?
No, subscriptions must be canceled prior to the billing date or they will be automatically renewed. Once your subscription renews and your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order, issue a refund for that order, or accept a returned box for a refund.

What Is The Gibbs Fishing Subscription Box?
The Gibbs Fishing Subscription Box is an exclusive, premier, curated fishing tackle and accessories subscription box. Each box is full of hand-picked gear by the experts at Gibbs Fishing. There are no ‘fillers’ that you may find in other tackle subscription boxes. You will get top quality gear (and maybe even some fun extras!) in every box. Arriving at your doorstep quarterly, you can expect ten to twenty pieces of essential fishing gear, accessories, and/or apparel.
How Often Do You Release New Boxes?
Newly curated boxes are released quarterly.
Will I Ever Receive The Same Product In The Box?
No, you will never receive the same product in a given box. However, there is a possibility of receiving a similar product, in a future box but we endeavour to provide a wide and unique assortment each time.
Can I Purchase Multiple Subscription Boxes In One Transaction?
Yes you can as long as they are going to the same address. Unfortunately, at this time, you can only add one address per transaction. Thus, if you’re looking to purchase multiple box subscriptions for different individuals, this should be done in separate transactions.
How Do Quarterly Subscriptions Work? Do I Have To Resubscribe Every Quarter?
All quarterly subscriptions automatically renew based on your selected plan, as long as your billing information is valid, and you haven’t canceled.
How Do I Purchase a Gibbs Fishing Subscription Box?
To purchase a subscription, you can visit our Subscription page here. Pick your box, then pick your plan, check out, and you will receive your first box shortly!
Can I Purchase a Single Box?
At this time we do not offer purchasing of a single box.
Can I Pause My Subscription?
At this time you cannot pause your subscription. You can only skip a delivery through your customer portal, where your next box and plan will be pushed back 1 quarter.
When Will I Receive My First Box?
Your box will ship within 3-5 business days of your order, and then right around the same day every quarter.
Do I Have To Pay For Shipping?
No, we’ve got you covered!
Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?
Your tracking number will be sent to the email address we have on file once your box has shipped.
What Happens If There Is An Issue In Shipping/With Receiving My Box?
Please let us know as soon as possible so we can reach out to the courier.
How Do I Update My Shipping Address?

Then select “Manage Subscription”, find the correct subscription, select “See more details” and navigate to the “Shipping Information” section and select the edit icon, then edit your information and select “Update.
What Happens if A Product In My Order Is Damaged When I Receive it?
